Septic Loan
Enterprise Cascadia provides financing to residential and commercial property owners to repair or replace their existing septic systems. The Septic Loan covers 100% of the costs of designing, permitting, and installing a septic system. The loan offers competitive loan terms, with customer-friendly qualification criteria.

Impact
The Septic Loan contributes to Enterprise Cascadia’s mission which aims for results in the triple bottom line areas of economic development, environmental improvement, and social equity.  Septic loans have helped owners invest in sewage system upgrades that increase the value of their property, while contributing to local business activity, removing sources of disease and environmental contamination, and through income-based rates and terms, providing low income owners the resilience they need to preserve their primary asset—their homes.

"If the Septic loan had not become available, I may have had to sell the house due to lack of options."
